Question 1

Who is ReSound Enzo IA for?

Accepted Answer

It is designed for people with severe to profound hearing loss, who need more power than a standard hearing aid can give. Your audiologist will test your hearing and tell you whether a super power model like Enzo IA is the right fit.

Question 2

What is new compared with the ReSound Enzo Q?

Accepted Answer

Enzo IA is smaller than the previous Enzo generation, is rechargeable, and adds newer features: Clear Focus for hearing speech in noise, 360 All-Around listening, Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast, and improved feedback management. The Enzo Q remains available for people who need its specific features, such as compatibility with some cochlear implants.

Question 3

How long does the battery last?

Accepted Answer

One full charge gives up to 28 hours of use, or about 20 hours if you stream half the time. There is also a fast-charging feature to top up during the day. You charge it in a sealed, inductive Desktop Charger and can check the battery level in the ReSound Smart 3D app. Battery life varies with how you use the hearing aids.

Question 4

How does it help in noisy places?

Accepted Answer

Clear Focus spotlights the voice you want to hear and reduces distractions, without cutting you off from the sounds around you. The 360 All-Around feature lets you tune in and out of your surroundings naturally. Together they are designed to make restaurants, cafés and busy rooms less tiring.

Question 5

Can I stream phone calls, music and TV?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enzo IA is made for Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast and works with iPhone, iPad and compatible Android phones. You can stream hands-free calls and double-tap the hearing aid to answer. MultiConnect lets you pair two devices at once, and ReSound's TV-Streamer+ and Multi-Mic+ send TV and conversation sound directly to your hearing aids.

Question 6

Is it durable and comfortable?

Accepted Answer

Enzo IA has an all-weatherproof design with a protective nanocoating inside and out, so it is built for everyday life, rain or shine. Its organic shape is designed for a comfortable fit behind the ear, and you or your audiologist can replace the microphone filters on the spot. It comes in ten colors.

Question 7

Which app does it use?

Accepted Answer

The ReSound Smart 3D app. You can adjust volume and sound, check the battery, connect to Auracast broadcasts with the Auracast Assistant and ask us for remote fine-tuning.
