Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX

Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is Signia's newest flagship receiver-in-canal hearing aid, launched in August 2026 on the all-new MaX (Multi-adaptive Xperience) platform. Instead of one AI system, MaX uses four specialized deep neural networks working together: one follows the people you're talking with, one keeps your own voice sounding natural, one reads the room around you, and one softens unwanted noise. It's built for group conversations and busy places, with up to 30 hours of rechargeable battery life in the same small size as the Pure Charge&Go IX.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is new about Signia MaX?
MaX uses Signia's Acoustic Intelligence, four deep neural networks with separate jobs: RealTime Conversation Enhancement follows multiple speakers as a conversation moves around you, Own Voice Processing keeps your voice sounding like you, Ambient Scene Adaptation keeps adjusting to your surroundings, and Dynamic Noise Control softens noise without muffling the voices you want to hear.
Is this hearing aid Bluetooth compatible?
Yes. Pure Charge&Go MaX supports both Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth LE Audio for direct streaming from compatible phones and other devices. It is also Auracast-ready; Signia plans to switch Auracast on with a firmware update by March 2027.
Does this hearing aid allow for hands-free phone calls?
Yes. The hearing aid microphones pick up your voice while the call streams directly to your hearing aids. Compatibility depends on your phone; the Signia One App supports most devices running iOS 17 or Android 13 and newer.
Can I stream audio from my TV?
Yes, with Signia's TV Sound accessory, which plugs into your TV and streams directly to MaX. Once Auracast is enabled, MaX will also be able to receive broadcasts from Auracast-enabled TVs.
How many hours a day does the battery last?
Signia rates MaX for up to 30 hours without streaming, up to 28 hours with five hours of LE Audio streaming, or up to 22 hours with five hours of Bluetooth Classic streaming. A full charge takes about four hours, and a 30-minute quick charge adds about six to seven hours.
Does it have a telecoil?
Yes. Pure Charge&Go MaX includes a telecoil for hearing loops in theaters, places of worship and other venues.
How do I control it?
Use the push buttons on the hearing aids, the optional Remote Control, or the Signia One App. The app adjusts volume and programs, shows battery levels, controls streaming and, on higher technology levels, lets you change microphone direction. Your provider can also send small adjustments to the app remotely.
